                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and Technical Employees' Association (Wastewater Treatment Division, Department of Natural Resources and Parks, Supervisors and Staff) representing employees in the department of natural resources and parks, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2017, through and including December 31, 2020.
