                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 117 (Information Technology Managers and Supervisors) representing employees in the departments of King County information technology and executive services, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from February 1, 2014, through and including December 31, 2016.
