      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  Ordinance 17435, Section 3, is hereby amended to read as follows:
      The King County council approves the use of the evaluation criteria included in
Attachment A to ((this ordinance (Ordinance 17435))) this ordinance to be used for review of competitive proposals to construct the Factoria recycling and transfer station.
