A RESOLUTION relating to the operations and finances of the King County Flood Control Zone District; adopting a revised 2012 sub-regional opportunity fund allocation; amending FCD 2011-06.3, Attachment G.
Body
WHEREAS, the King County Flood Control Zone District ("District") adopted the 2012 work program, budget, operating budget for King County, capital budget and sub-regional opportunity fund allocations in FCD 2011-06.3; and
WHEREAS, King County Water and Land Resources Division has requested a technical correction to Attachment G to FCD 2011-06.3, the 2012 Subregional Opportunity Fund allocations;
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 86.15.110, the District has determined that the flood control improvements adopted by this resolution generally contribute to the objectives of the District's comprehensive plan of development; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 86.15.140, the District held a public hearing on the budget items proposed in this resolution on _______; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE KING COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors for the King County Flood Control Zone District adopts the "2012 Subregional Opportunity Fund Allocations - Revised", which is Attachment G to FCD 2011-06.5, as set forth in Attachment A to this resolution,
