AN ORDINANCE to provide for the carryover of expenditure authority from 2001 to 2002; to provide additional supplemental budget authority for unanticipated needs; and to provide for corrections to the 2002 Adopted Ordinance. This ordinance is short-titled the 2002 Second Quarter Omnibus Ordinance; and, amending Ordinance No. 14265, sections 5, 8, 10, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 25, 27, 28, 30, 31, 32, 34, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 52, 54, 57, 64, 69, 70, 71, 73, 75, 76, 77, 80, 83, 85, 86, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 96, 99, 102, 105, 107, 109, 110, 113, 115, as amended, and adding new sections to Ordinance 14265.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. From the current expense fund there is hereby approved and adopted a total of $2,264,348 of appropriation to various current expense agencies to provide for the carryover of expenditure authority from 2001 to 2002; a total of $839,580 to various current expense agencies to provide additional supplemental budget authority for unanticipated needs; and, a total of ($657,607) of disappropriation to various current expense agencies, to provide for corrections to the 2002 adopted ordinance.
From various other funds there is hereby approved and adopted a total of $12,427,261 of appropriation to various non-current expense agencies to provide for the carryover of expenditure authority from 2001 to 2002; a total of $410,493 to various non-current expense agencies to provide additional supplemental budget authority for unanticipated needs; and, a total of $34,954,786 of appropriation to various non-current expense agencies, to provide for corrections to the 2002 adopted ordinance.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 14265, Section 5, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
