A MOTION approving the TOD Geographic Allocation Plan in compliance with Ordinance 18835, Section 101, Proviso P3.

Body

                     WHEREAS, the 2019-2020 Biennial Budget, Ordinance 18835, Section 101, Proviso P3, requires the executive to prepare a TOD Geographic Allocation Plan to be transmitted by March 1, 2019, and

                     WHEREAS, the council has reviewed the plan submitted by the executive;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:

                     The TOD Geographic Allocation Plan, which is Attachment A to this motion, is

hereby approved in accordance with Ordinance 18835, Section 101, Proviso P3.
