                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and Service Employees International Union, Local 925 (Department of Public Defense) representing employees in the department of public defense, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2015, through and including December 31, 2017.
