      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement and memorandum of agreement negotiated between King County and International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers, Local 17 representing employees in the departments of public health, and community and human services and attached hereto are hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreements shall be effective from
January 1, 2008, through and including December 31, 2010.
