  2.       BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  Purpose.  The purpose of this ordinance is to clearly define the legal description of the road area vacated in Ordinance 13986.
      SECTION 2.  Ordinance 13986, Section 1, is hereby amended to read as follows:
      The council, on ((the 13th day of)) November 20, 2000, hereby vacates and abandons ((the east 238 feet)) that portion of Southwest 152nd Street as dedicated in the plat of Glen Acres, Volume 17 of Plats, Page 89, Records of King County, Washington, described as follows:
  1. That portion of Southwest 152nd Street as dedicated in, Glen Acres, as per plat recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, Page 89, Records of King County, lying Easterly of a line described as following:
Beginning at the point of intersection on the north margin of said dedicated Southwest 152nd Street with the northwesterly line of Lot 29, Block 2 of said Glen Acres;
Thence East along the North margin said Southwest 152nd Street 56 feet more or less to the intersection with a line that lies 36 feet Southeasterly of and parallel with said Northwesterly line of Lot 29 and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the aforementioned line;
Thence South 5112'58” West to the point on intersection on the South
 
margin of Southwest 152nd Street as said dedicated and the terminus of said line.
