Approval of Minutes  
Vice Chair Mork moved approval of the December 4, 2024, and January 16, 2025,  
meeting minutes. There being no objections, the minutes were approved.  
Chair's Report  
Chair Balducci commented on changes to committee staffing and activities at the  
Council, and provided an overview of the discussion topics for the meeting.

John McClellan, Chair, MWPAAC, commented on appointments, presentations and  
Charter discussions that took place at their January 26th meeting; addressed topics of  
interest on today's agenda; and answered questions from members.

Wastewater Treatment Division (WTD) Report  
Kamuron Gurol, Director, Wastewater Treatment Division (WTD), Department of  
Natural Resources and Parks, commented on a Seattle Times article regarding WTD's  
Loop biosolids and PFAS, testing for PFAS, construction costs, the sewer rate  
process, and legislative bills that WTD is following.

A RESOLUTION declaring the regional water quality committee's support of the Regional Wastewater  
Services Plan Update Charter.  
Jenny Giambattista, Council staff, briefed the committee. Kamuron Gurol, Director,  
Wastewater Treatment Division, answered questions from the members.  
Due to the design of the legislative tracking software used to produce the proceedings,  
the vote on this item is misreported. The correct vote is:  
Yes: 10 Balducci, Clarke, Dunn, Kettle, Lee, Mork, Moore, Rossman, Saka voting as  
alternate for Hooshangi, Warren  
No: 0  
Excused: Hollingsworth  
A motion was made by Vice Chair Mork that this RWQC Resolution be Passed.
