A MOTION confirming the executive's appointment of Daniel Kim, who resides in council district seven,  
to the King County conservation futures advisory committee, as a council at-large representative.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the executive to execute a new, longer term service agreement with  
Puget Sound Energy for the purchase of renewable energy, replacing the existing service agreement  
approved under Ordinance 18472.

Councilmember Mosqueda moved Striking Amendment and Title amendment. The  
amendments were adopted.
