Briefing on Proposed 2025 Annual Budget Public Transit, Climate, Local Services, and Infrastructure
Sherrie Hsu, Panel Lead, provided an overview of the process. The following Council
staff briefed the panel and answered questions from the members: Gene Paul, Jenny
Giambattista, Erin Auzins, Nick Bowman, Mary Bourguignon, Sherrie Hsu, Terra Rose
and Andy Micklow. Also addressing the panel and answering questions from the
members was Dwight Dively, Director, Office of Performance, Strategy and Budget.
The following budgets were consent:
GF Transfer to DLS, GF Transfer to DNRP, Real Estate Excise Tx 2, Real Estate
Excise Tax CAP, Parking Facilities, Roads Construction Transfer, Renton
Maintenance Facility, Transit Revenue Stabilization, Transit Debt Service, Historic
Preservation Program, Youth and Amateur Sports Fund, Solid Waste Landfill Post
Closure Maintenance, Solid Waste Capital Equipment Replacement, Wastewater Debt
Service, Local Hazardous Waste, Noxious Weed Control Program, King County Flood
Control Contract, Conservation Futures Sub-fund, and Transfer of Development Credit
Program.
