The meeting was called to order at 10:01 a.m.

Approval of Minutes of December 15, 2023  
Councilmember Dively moved to approve the minutes of the December 15, 2023,  
meeting as presented. Seeing no objection, the Vice Chair so ordered.  
Election of Chair and Vice-Chair  
Councilmember Dively made a motion to nominate Executive Constantine as chair of  
the Forecast Council. The motion carried.  
Councilmember Mosqueda made a motion to nominate Councilmember Zahilay as  
vice-chair of the Forecast Council. The motion carried.  
Discussion and Possible Action

A RESOLUTION adopting the preliminary economic and revenue forecast for the King County budget for  
2024 and beyond.  
Lizbeth Martin-Mahar, Chief Economist, gave a presentation on the 2024 economic  
forecast.  
A motion was made by Councilmember Dively that this KCFC Resolution be  
Passed. The motion carried by the following vote:  
3 - Dively, Mosqueda and Zahilay  
1 - Constantine

A RESOLUTION approving the 2024 work plan for the office of economic and financial analysis.  
Lizbeth Martin-Mahar, briefed the Council on the 2024 work program.
