Mayor Backus moved approval of the February 14, 2024 meeting minutes. There being  
no objections, the minutes were approved.

AN ORDINANCE relating to the veterans, seniors, and human services levy advisory board; and  
amending Ordinance 18792, Section 1, as amended, and K.C.C. 2A.300.540.

AN ORDINANCE adopting the crisis care centers levy implementation plan, required by Ordinance  
19572, Section 7.A., to govern the expenditure of crisis care centers levy proceeds from 2024 to 2032 to  
create a regional network of five crisis care centers, restore and expand residential treatment capacity,  
and increase the sustainability and representativeness of the behavioral health workforce in King County.
