| Clif Curry and Doug Stevenson, Council Staff, briefed the committee on Proposed Ordinance
2002-0251. Ethan Raup, Deputy Chief of Staff, King County Executive, and Jackie MacLean, Acting Director, Department of Community and Human Services, commented and responded to members' questions. The following guest speakers also commented: Gladys Dampier, Kevin Goodwin, Jarvis C. Bailey, and Katie Jones, Cedar Hills Addiction Treatment Center; Pat Knox, Director, Recovery Centers of King County and Al Sweden, Manager, Chemical Dependency Services, Seattle Indian Health Board.
