The meeting was called to order at 1:35 p.m.

Mr. von Reichbauer moved to approve the minutes of the March 11, 2002 meeting without reading.

As a personal privilege, Ms. Patterson spoke about District 13, giving some statistics, and indicating
the District's biggest issue is transportation. She presented the councilmembers with a Sound Transit
work shirt and an I Love Interstate 405 mug.

Aldarra Division No. 2 - District 3
Mr. von Reichbauer moved to adopt the DDES finding of fact that the final plat of Aldarra Division
No. 2 complies with the conditions of preliminary plat approval and other applicable laws, and that
the Chair is authorized to signify Council approval by signing the final plat at the end of the meeting.
Seeing no objection, the Chair so ordered.
