The Chair indicated it was not her intention to hold this item an additional week. There was discussion about the prior motion and approval to hold this item for one week, and the ruling of the chair. Ms. Lambert moved to reconsider the vote to hold Proposed Substitute Ordinance 2002-0079, as amended, for one week and to take action. The Chair ruled that Ms. Lambert's motion to reconsider the vote to hold Proposed Substitute Ordinance 2002-0079, as amended, for one week was out of order, as she did not vote on the prevailing side. Mr. McKenna raised a Point of Order, indicating he believed Ms. Lambert's intent was to make a separate motion for an additional week's delay, separate from the motion which was already voted on. The Chair indicated her ruling would stand. |
