		Mr. Phillips moved to adopt the DDES finding of fact that the final plat of Redmond Ridge Division 7 complies with the conditions of preliminary plat approval and other applicable laws, and that the Chair is authorized to signify Council approval by signing the final plat at the end of the meeting. Seeing no objection, the Chair so ordered.

			On 1/28/2002, a public hearing was held and closed.

On the suggestion of Legal Counsel, Mr. Pullen perfected the Amendment, on page 6, line 112, after "employee" and before "the", to delete "has" and insert "exercises".
