2. Proposed Ordinance No. 2002-0222 Mr. Phillips
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the issuance of sewer revenue bonds of the county in the
aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $725,000,000 to provide funds for constructing
improvements to the sewer system of the county and for refunding certain outstanding sewer
revenue bonds of the county; providing for the form, terms, covenants and other provisions of
such bonds; providing for the sale of the bonds and for a plan of refunding; establishing funds
for the receipt and expenditure of bond proceeds and for the payment of the bonds; and
pledging sewer revenues to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.

5. Proposed Ordinance No. 2002-0225 Mr. Phillips and Mr. Pullen
AN ORDINANCE making disappropriation of $456,067 from the current expense salary and
wage contingency; making a supplemental appropriation to the current expense transfer fund for
salary and benefit increases for the collective bargaining agreement between King County and
the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 2595 (Paramedics, Emergency Medical
Services); and amending the 2002 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14265, Sections 36 and 40, as
amended.

AN ORDINANCE to provide for the carryover of expenditure authority from 2001 to 2002; to
provide additional supplemental budget authority for unanticipated needs; and to provide for
corrections to the 2002 Adopted Ordinance. This ordinance is short-titled the 2002 Second
Quarter Omnibus Ordinance; and, amending Ordinance No. 14265, sections 5, 8, 10, 12, 13, 15,
16, 18, 21, 22, 23, 25, 27, 28, 30, 31, 32, 34, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 52, 54, 57, 64, 69, 70, 71,
