tax general obligation bonds of the county to provide part of the funds for making capital improvements to Harborview Medical Center, as authorized by county ordinance and approved by the qualified electors of the county at the September 19, 2000 election; providing for the date, form and terms of said bonds; providing for the sale of the bonds and the disposition of the proceeds of sale; establishing funds for the receipt and expenditure of bond proceeds and for the payment of the bonds; and providing for the annual levy of taxes to pay the principal thereof and interest thereon. |
