AN ORDINANCE authorizing the issuance of $164,000,000 principal amount of unlimited tax
general obligation bonds of the county to provide part of the funds for making capital
improvements to Harborview Medical Center, as authorized by county ordinance and approved
by the qualified electors of the county at the September 19, 2000 election; providing for the
date, form and terms of said bonds; providing for the sale of the bonds and the disposition of
the proceeds of sale; establishing funds for the receipt and expenditure of bond proceeds and for
the payment of the bonds; and providing for the annual levy of taxes to pay the principal thereof
and interest thereon.

to provide the appropriate level of appropriation authority and provide for the correct of errors;
and amending the 2004 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14797, Sections 122 and 125, as
amended, and Attachments B and E, as amended

AN ORDINANCE making a disappropriation of $258,000 from the current expense fund;
making an appropriation of $512,463 from various current expense agencies; making an

2004 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14797, Sections 16, 21, 34, 46, 77, 80, 86 and 89, as
amended.
