AN ORDINANCE authorizing the issuance and public sale of one or more series of limited tax
general obligation bonds of the county in an outstanding aggregate principal amount not to
exceed $30,000,000 to provide long-term financing for the Juanita Woodlands Open Space
Acquisition Project and the Forestry and Nearshore Initiative Project; authorizing the issuance
and public sale of one or more series of limited tax general obligation bond anticipation notes
of the county in an outstanding aggregate principal amount not to exceed $30,000,000 to
provide interim financing for such projects pending the sale of such bonds; providing for the
disposition of the proceeds of sale of the notes; establishing funds for the receipt and
expenditure of note proceeds and for the payment of the notes; and providing for the annual
levy of taxes to pay the principal thereof and interest thereon.

AN ORDINANCE relating to the limited tax general obligation bonds of the county previously
authorized to be issued in one or more series in an outstanding aggregate principal amount not
to exceed $145,000,000 to provide long-term financing for the Courthouse Seismic Project, the
Courthouse Earthquake Repairs, the North Rehabilitation Facility Project, the Kent Pullen
Regional Communications and Emergency Control Center Project and the Integrated Security
and Jail Health Remodel Project, and the limited tax general obligation bond anticipation notes
of the county previously authorized to be issued in one or more series in an outstanding
aggregate principal amount not to exceed $145,000,000, pending the sale of such bonds, to
provide interim financing for such projects; augmenting the projects that are authorized to be
financed and increasing the maximum outstanding aggregate principal amount of such bonds
and bond anticipation notes to $150,000,000 as a result; amending Ordinance 14167, Sections
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 12, as previously amended by Ordinance 14463, Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and
7 and Ordinance 14745 Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7; and amending Ordinance 14167, Section
18, as previously amended by Ordinance 14745, Section 10.

the 2004 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14797, Sections 33, 38, 56, 57, 71, 74, 101 and 114, as
amended, and adding a new section to Ordinance 14797.

AN ORDINANCE relating to interim use of the community development block grant fund to
provide a short-term loan to an experienced nonprofit affordable housing developer to

moderate-income persons and authorizing the King County executive to enter into loan
agreements necessary to effect the project.

AN ORDINANCE relating to interim use of the community development block grant fund to
provide a short-term loan to the King County Housing Authority for the development of
infrastructure related to the Greenbridge HOPE VI project, providing for the forgiveness of the
loan and its repayment through other county fund sources, and authorizing the King County
executive to enter into loan agreements necessary to effect the project.
