Ms. Patterson reported on the South County Area Transportation Board and indicated the Board
reviewed the RTID project list and discussed the various funding scenarios for the entire RTID
package. A representative from the
King County monorail campaign gave a presentation regarding
the initiative which would place a measure on the ballot that would direct the Council to promote a
study of regional monorail. Ms. Patterson indicated that Sound Transit briefed the group on the
status of the federal grant as well as the
South County regional express bus projects.

Redmond Ridge Division 10 - Council District 3

 

 

Ms. Hague moved to adopt the DDES finding of fact that the final plat of Redmond Ridge Division 10
complies with the conditions of preliminary plat approval and other applicable laws, and that the
Chair is authorized to signify Council approval by signing the final plat at the end of the meeting.
