Vice Chair McIrvin moved approval of the June 17, 2026 meeting minutes. There  
being no objections, the minutes were approved.

Chair Fain congratulated Metro Transit Department on its performance during the  
World Cup; announced plans for a future joint meeting with the Transportation,  
Economy, and Environment Committee; and provided an overview of the agenda.
