A MOTION relating to growth management, supporting efforts by the city of North Bend to
comply with the state Growth Management Act, the Countywide Planning Policies and the King
County Comprehensive Plan by accommodating growth within the city's adopted Urban Growth
Area and providing that growth with appropriate water service.

3. Proposed Motion No. 2003-0292 Ms. Hague
A MOTION adopting 2003 amendments to the King County Consortium Consolidated Housing
and Community Development Plan for 2000-2003.

AN ORDINANCE relating to the Community Development Block Grant Program, authorizing
the executive to enter into an interlocal agreement with the city of Kent to transfer
responsibility for certain projects from the county to the city.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the county executive to execute an interlocal cooperation
agreement with cities and towns within King County, in accordance with 2002 Washington
Laws Chapter 294 (Substitute House Bill 2060).
