2025 Annual Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19861, Sections 16, 18, 20, 29, 32, 33, 35, 41, 42, 42, 45,  
46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 54, 55, 64, 71, 80, 90, 90, 94, 97, 98, 103, 104, 107, 109, 109, 110, 114, 115,

John Taylor, Director, Department of Natural Resources and Parks, Lindy Honaker,  
Special Projects Manager, Solid Waste Division, and Rich Anderson, Senior Deputy  
Prosecuting Attorney, Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, briefed the committee.  
The Chair recessed the meeting into Executive Session under RCW 42.30.110 to  
discuss with legal counsel litigation or potential litigation to which the County is or is  
likely to become a party when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to  
result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the County at 11:40 a.m. for 20  
minutes. The meeting returned to regular session at 12:02 p.m.
