Brightwater regional wastewater treatment system, including conveyance, safety relief point
and outfall facilities; specifying relocation assistance to be provided to affected landowners,
tenants and businesses; outlining the intended sequencing of steps to acquire property interests
needed for the Brightwater treatment plant project.
