Accountable Business Transformation Program | |||||||
David Randall, Council Staff, briefed the committee. Paul Tanaka, County Administrative Officer,
DES, and David Martinez, Chief Information Officer, DES, briefed the committee and answered questions from the members. The Committee directed staff to prepare a motion to (1) approve the proposed policies of the Accountable Business Transformation (ABT) Program, (2) request the executive to transit to council a governance program charter, and (3) have council request the executive to transit to council a revised executive recommendation document for the ABT program. |

AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the collective bargaining agreement negotiated
by and between King County and Service Employees International Union, Local 925 (Wastewater Treatment Division) representing employees in the department of natural resources and parks; and establishing the effective date of said agreement. |

Mike Alvine, Council Staff, briefed the committee. Tara Jo Heinecke, Union Representative, SEIU,
Local 925; Don Theiler, Manager, Wastewater Treatment Division, DNRP; and Nancy Buonanno Grennan, Manager, Labor Relations, DES, answered questions from the members. Lloyd Holman, Industrial Maintenance Master Mechanic, Westpoint Treatment Plant and Jeanne Durbin, Senior Operator, Wastewater Treatment Division, answered questions from the members. |
