4. Proposed Ordinance No. 2003-0441 Ms. Sullivan, Mr. Constantine, Mr. Pelz,
Ms. Edmonds, Mr. Gossett and Mr.

AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the collective bargaining agreement negotiated by
and between King County and Service Employees International Union, Local 519, representing
King County Civic Television employees; and establishing the effective date of said agreement.

A MOTION supporting the dedication of the solid waste division's rent owed to King County to
