Management Auditor, and Bert Golla, Senior Financial Auditor, briefed the members during a Powerpoint presentation (copy on file in Council Briefing File No. 2003-B0126). Kevin Kearns, Division Manager, Information and Telecommunications Services (ITS), Department of Executive Services (DES), and Bob Cowan, Finance Director, Administration Division, DES, answered responded to the audit recommendations and answered questions from the members. |

memorandum of agreement negotiated by and between King County and Teamsters Local 174 representing employees in the departments of natural resources and parks and transportation; and establishing the effective date of said agreement. |

DES, and George Raffle, Business Agent, Teamsters, Local 174, answered questions from the members. The Chair recessed the meeting into Executive Session to discuss labor negotiations at 10:45 a.m. The Chair reconvened the meeting at 11:05 a.m. |
