Ms. Edmonds reported on the brief meeting of the Disability Retirement Board and indicated that the
only item of discussion was claims.

Mr. Phillips briefed the Council on the Cedar River Council. He indicated the Council received an
update on the Legacy Program and its continuing efforts. The council also reviewed a study which
was funded by the EPA on the importance of the health of the river.

Mr. Phillips reported on the WRIA 8 Steering Committee. He indicated the committee received an
update on the action agenda which is in place. The committee is making steady progress on many
capital improvement programs and studies.

Seeing no objection, the Chair so ordered.
