television franchises and commitments held by TCI Cablevision of Washington, Inc. under Franchise 12132 and Tele-vue Systems, Inc. d/b/a TCI of Washington and TCI Pacific, Inc. under Franchise 11680 from AT&T Corporation to AT&T Comcast Corporation. |

Anderson, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Civil Division, Kevin Kearns, Division Manager, Information and Telecommunications Services, and Deborah Luppold, Vice President, AT&T Broadband, answered questions from the members. Gary Gardner, Washington Association of Internet Service Providers and Mike McKay, representing Verizon Wireless, offered public comment before the committee and answered questions from the members. |
