Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 1:37 p.m.

Mr. Constantine led the flag salute and Pledge of Allegiance.
 
Approval of Minutes of November 12, 2002

Mr. Gossett moved to approve the minutes of the November 12, 2002 meeting without reading.
Seeing no objection, the Chair so ordered.
 
Reports on Special and Outside Committees
2.
Mr. Pelz reported on the Regional Transportation Investment District meeting. The members
discussed the direction of the group in the wake of the recent election results, and a decision was
made to hold off on the May election. Mr. Pelz indicated that the three county councils will meet
with state legislators on December 12th.
Mr. McKenna added that the counties plan to have their project list put together by December.
 
Plat Tracing

Rosewood Pl. - Council District 9
Ms. Hague moved to adopt the DDES finding of fact that the final plat of Rosewood Pl. complies with
the conditions of preliminary plat approval and other applicable laws, and that the Chair is
authorized to signify Council approval by signing the final plat at the end of the meeting. Seeing no
objection, the Chair so ordered.

AN ORDINANCE establishing the King County commission on governance.
On 11/18/2002, a public hearing was held and remained open.
On 11/25/2002, a public hearing was held and closed.
The Chair indicated that Proposed Ordinance 2002-0436 is deferred until the November 25, 2002
Council meeting.

AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the collective bargaining agreement and five
memoranda of agreement negotiated by and between King County and Washington State
Council of County and City Employees, Council 2, Local 2084SC-S (Superior Court
Supervisors - Wages Only) representing employees in the superior court and establishing
the effective date of said agreement.
On 11/18/2002, a public hearing was held and closed.

contingency, to the superior court implementing the collective bargaining agreement
negotiated between King County and Local 2084SC-S (Superior Court Supervisors - Wages
Only); and amending the 2002 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14265, Sections 30 and 37, as
amended.
On 11/18/2002, a public hearing was held and closed.
The enacted number is 14511.
