AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $1,302,287 to the public
transportation construction unrestricted fund to provide funding that will complete the
RFQ/RFP phase of the radio/AVL replacement project; and amending the 2004 Budget
Ordinance, Ordinance 14797, Section 122, as amended, and Attachment B, as amended

3. Proposed Ordinance No. 2004-0207 Mr. Gossett
AN ORDINANCE relating to real estate asset management and major capital projects
development, establishing a real estate and major capital projects review joint advisory group to
facilitate coordination and communication between the executive and council; amending
Ordinance 14199, Section 11, as amended, and K.C.C. 2.16.035 and adding a new chapter to
K.C.C. Title 2.

5. Proposed Ordinance No. 2004-0199 Mr. Gossett
AN ORDINANCE determining the monetary requirements for the disposal of sewage for the
fiscal year beginning January 1, 2005, and ending December 31, 2005, setting the sewer rate for
the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2005, and ending December 31, 2005, and approving the
amount of the sewage treatment capacity charge for 2005; and amending Ordinance 12353,
Section 2, as amended, and K.C.C. 4.90.010, Ordinance 11398, Section 1, as amended, and
K.C.C. 28.84.055 and Ordinance 11034, Section 5, as amended, and K.C.C. 28.84.050.
