AN ORDINANCE relating to the addition of approximately 24.13 acres to Soos Creek Water
and Sewer District for the purpose of providing sewer service for future development.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the King County executive to execute an intergovernmental land
transfer agreement for the conveyance of certain open space properties to the city of Federal
Way.

9. Proposed Ordinance No. 2004-0068 Mr. Phillips and Ms. Edmonds
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the executive to enter into amendments to interlocal agreements
with the cities of Auburn, Bellevue, Federal Way, Issaquah, Kent, North Bend and Seattle for
the disbursement of conservation futures tax levy funds allocated under Ordinance 14797.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the executive to enter into an interlocal cooperation agreement
for open space acquisition projects with the city of Kenmore, for the Swamp Creek Floodplain
