Hybrid Meeting  
The King County Flood Control District will be holding a SPECIAL Hybrid  
Meeting. You may attend the meeting in person in Council Chambers  
(Room 1001, 516 3rd Avenue in Seattle), or through remote access.  
The Flood Control District values community input and looks forward to  
hearing from you.

adopting the 2025 budget and authorizing improvements.  
Steven Schauer, District Deputy Executive Director, and Michelle Clark, District  
Executive Director, briefed the Board and answered questions.

Executive Session  
The Board went into Executive Session at 3:06 p.m. per RCW 42.30.110(1)(i), with no  
action to follow, to discuss with legal counsel representing the District litigation or legal  
risks of a proposed action or current practice that the District has identified when  
public discussion of the litigation or legal risks are likely to result in an adverse legal  
or financial consequence to the agency.  
At 3:20 p.m., the Chair extended the Executive Session for an additional 10 minutes  
until 3:30 p.m.  
The Board reconvened at 3:31 p.m.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:31 p.m.
