AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $5,804,544 from revenues to
the dislocated worker subfund of the youth employment programs fund for the dislocated worker program for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2002; and amending the 2002 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14265, as amended. |

the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2003, and ending December 31, 2003, setting the sewer rate for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2003, and ending December 31, 2003, and approving the amount of the sewage treatment capacity charge for 2003; and amending Ordinance 14123, Section 1, as amended, and K.C.C. 4.90.010, and Ordinance 11398, Section 1, as amended, and K.C.C. 28.84.055 and decodifying K.C.C. 4.90.011. |
