The meeting was called to order at 1:42 p.m.

Mr. von Reichbauer moved to approve the minutes of the April 1 meeting without reading. Seeing no

Ms. Hague informed the Council that the National Association of Counties is kicking off County
Government Week, and shared a video of our nation's first responders in Washington, D.C., outside
of Pennsylvania and New York City, to the 9-11 attack.
