Chair von Reichbauer called the meeting to order at 9:31 AM. The Chair also noted for  
the record that the April meeting had been cancelled and that the March meeting was  
adjourned.

Vice Chair Upthegrove moved approval of the March 12, 2024 meeting minutes. There

A MOTION confirming the executive's appointment of Mark McIntyre, who resides in council district nine,  
to the King County International Airport roundtable, as an airport tenant representative - corporate tenant.  
Melissa Bailey, Council staff, and Mark McIntyre, Appointee to the KCIA Roundtable,  
briefed the committee and answered questions from the members.  
A motion was made by Councilmember Upthegrove that this Motion be  
Recommended Do Pass Consent. The motion carried by the following vote:
