Call to Order  
The joint meeting of the King County Council's Committee of the Whole and the  
Seattle City Council's Select Committee on Federal Administration and Policy Changes  
was called to order at 9:32 a.m. by Chair Balducci. The Chair welcomed the Seattle  
City Councilmembers and provided opening remarks. Seattle Councilmember Rinck,  
Chair, Select Committee on Federal Administration and Policy Changes, provided  
comments.

The following Seattle City Councilmembers were present: Hollingsworth, Kettle,  
Nelson, Rinck, Saka and Strauss. The following Seattle City Councilmembers were  
excused: Moore, Rivera and Solomon.

Seattle Office of Economic and Revenue Forecasts, briefed the committees via  
PowerPoint presentations and answered questions from the members.
