A MOTION confirming the executive's reappointment of Ed Crawford, who works in council
district nine, to the King County emergency management advisory committee, to fill one of
three positions representing the Suburban Cities Association.

6. Proposed Ordinance No. 2005-0022 Ms. Edmonds
AN ORDINANCE approving a franchise for Lakehaven Utility District to construct, operate
and maintain a sewer system in council districts 7 and 13; and authorizing the executive to
execute the franchise agreement.

7. Proposed Ordinance No. 2005-0023 Ms. Edmonds and Ms. Hague
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the county executive to execute a deed of conveyance in favor
of the city of Bellevue for drainage-related properties within city limits.

8. Proposed Ordinance No. 2005-0024 Ms. Hague and Ms. Edmonds
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the King County executive to enter into an interlocal agreement
with the city of Bellevue for the transfer of drainage facilities, properties and easements.

9. Proposed Ordinance No. 2005-0027 Mr. Irons
AN ORDINANCE proposing an amendment to the King County charter to establish the
elective office of county auditor; amending Section 250 of the King County Charter, amending
Section 350.20 of the King County Charter, adding a new Section 350.20.50 to the King
County Charter, amending Section 550 of the King County Charter, adding a new Section 647
to the King County Charter and amending Section 680.10 of the King County Charter, and
submitting the same to the voters of the county for their ratification or rejection at the
November 2005 general election.
