AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the Collective Bargaining Agreement and Memoranda of
Agreement negotiated by and between King County and the King County Corrections Guild, representing
correction officer and sergeant employees in the department of adult and juvenile detention and
establishing the effective date of the agreement.

A Public Hearing was held and closed. A motion was made by Councilmember
Zahilay that this Ordinance be Passed. The motion carried by the following

AN ORDINANCE relating to King County's combined sewer overflow program and authorizing the King
County executive to sign and fulfill the obligations in the First Material Modification to the 2013 Consent
Decree with the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Washington state Department
of Ecology.
