The Minutes of September 14, 2005 were approved as presented.

A MOTION approving the second quarter financial report from the office of the assessor as |
meeting the requirements of a budget proviso presented in Ordinance 15083, Section 37. |
Peggy Dorothy, Council Staff, briefed the committee and answered questions on Proposed Motion |

Gregory Shiring, Budget Analyst, Office of Management and Budget, Office of the Executive, |
answered questions of the members. |
A motion was made by Mr. Constantine to pass Amendment A1. The motion passed. |
This matter was Amended.
A motion was made by Mr. Constantine that this matter be Recommended Do Pass Substitute. |

AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $3,546,039 to various current |
expense fund agencies and $47,629,604 to various non-CX agencies; and amending the 2005 |
Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 15083, Sections 16, 17, 22, 26, 29, 30, 34, 35, 38, 39, 40, 41, |
43, 44, 47, 52, 67, 81, 82, 85, 88, 94 and 104, as amended. |

Motions were made by Ms. Hague to pass the Striking Amendment, Amendment 1 to the Striking |
Amendment and the Title Amendment. The motions passed. |

AN ORDINANCE relating to the annual reconciliation of capital funds and projects and |
making technical corrections to operating funds; appropriating $3,865,765 to the current |
expense transfers to capital funds; making disappropriations and appropriations from various |
capital improvement program projects resulting in a net disappropriation of $26,675,317; and |
amending the 2005 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 15083, Sections 39, 114, 115, 116, 117, |
and 118, as amended, and Attachments B, C, D, E and F, as amended. |

Motions were made by Ms. Hague to pass the Striking Amendment; Amendment 1 to the Striking |
