A MOTION approving a report that presents a project plan for the development and
construction of a new King County office building including a scope of work, a project
schedule, a project budget and an evaluation of land liquidity in response to a proviso outlined
in Ordinance 14812, Section 2.

3. Proposed Ordinance No. 2004-0103 Mr. Gossett
AN ORDINANCE relating to proviso language in the 2003 new building and steam plant
supplemental ordinance, modifying certain proviso language; and amending Ordinance 14812,
Section 2.

4. Proposed Motion No. 2004-0126 Mr. Gossett
A MOTION approving the existing automotive center site as the site of preference for a new
office building and Goat Hill as the site of a new replacement parking garage in response to a
proviso outlined in Ordinance 14812, Section 2.

5. Proposed Motion No. 2004-0186 Mr. Gossett
A MOTION approving the facilities management division report titled Central Steam
Recommendations-Reassessment and supporting the conclusion that King County is best served
by pursing an alternative of upsizing the boiler for the new King County office building
construction project to provide hot water to existing King County complex buildings in
response to a proviso outlined in Ordinance 14812, Section 2.

6. Proposed Ordinance No. 2004-0234 Mr. Gossett
AN ORDINANCE making a total of $700,000 supplemental appropriations and $700,000
disapropriations from capital fund 3860, road construction fund; and amending the 2004 Budget
Ordinance, Ordinance 14797, Section 123, as amended, and Attachment C, as amended.
