Mr. von Reichbauer acknowledged the departure of staff member Paul Vronsky. He spoke of Mr.
Vronsky's achievements and personally thanked him for his commitment to the Council. Mr. von
Reichbauer presented Mr. Vronsky with a proclamation signed by all councilmembers.
Mr. Vronsky thanked the Council with a special note of thanks to Mr. von Reichbauer and council
staff.
