A MOTION confirming the executive's appointment of Bruce Hori, who resides in council
district two, to the King County personnel board.

AN ORDINANCE establishing November 2, 2004, as the date of a special election on the
question of annexation of the town of Yarrow Point into the King County rural library district
and appointing a committee to write the voters' pamphlet statement for the November 2, 2004,
special election.

5. Proposed Ordinance No. 2004-0337 Ms. Patterson
AN ORDINANCE establishing November 2, 2004, as the date of a special election on the
question of annexation of approximately one thousand two hundred eighty-five acres in the city
of Normandy Park into the Southwest Suburban sewer district for the purpose of providing
sewer service and appointing a committee to write the voters pamphlet statement for the
November 2, 2004, special election.

A MOTION adopting a work plan to improve the conduct of King County elections.
