2. Proposed Ordinance No. 2003-0522 Ms. Hague
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Juanita acquisition project, appropriating $6,607,152 from
the open space non-bond fund sub fund to the project and amending Ordinance 14517, Section
118, Attachment B, as amended.

3. Proposed Ordinance No. 2003-0363 Mr. Phillips
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the executive to enter into a lease for twenty-three thousand two
hundred fourteen square feet of office space in the Union Bank of California building for one
year for prosecuting attorney and crisis and commitment services.

4. Proposed Ordinance No. 2003-0392 Mr. Phillips
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the executive to enter into a lease for approximately 51,345
square feet of space located in Key Tower for information and technology services for a five
year term, and the prosecuting attorney for an extension of 9.5 months.

5. Proposed Ordinance No. 2003-0427 Mr. Phillips
AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $1,212,000 to the building repair
and replacement fund to proceed with obtaining a master use permit and preliminary design of
an approximately 261,000-rentable-square-foot building and a steam plant, authorizing
executive staff to enter into a procurement process to select and appropriate non-profit entity to
serve as the required intermediary in an IRS Regulation 63-20 finance structure, pursuant to the
requirements of KCC 4.56.190.B; and amending the 2003 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14517,
Section 118 and Attachment B, as amended.

6. Proposed Ordinance No. 2003-0519 Mr. Phillips
AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $4,521,460 to the various operating
and capital funds for design, move costs, and tenant improvements in support of moving the
prosecuting attorney's office from privately leased space to the King County Courthouse
building; and amending the 2003 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14517, Sections 39 and 118, as
amended.
