3. Proposed Ordinance No. 2002-0308 Ms. Sullivan
AN ORDINANCE relating to the administrative fee retained from the $10.00 recording
surcharge authorized by 2002 Wash. Laws 294; and amending Ordinance 1660, Sections 1-2,
as amended, and K.C.C. 2.12.120.
 
On 7/15/2002, the Metropolitan King County Council Introduced and Referred to Labor, Operations
and Technology .
 
4. Proposed Ordinance No. 2002-0298 Mr. Constantine
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the sale of one parcel of surplus county-owned real property,
located in council district 8, and two parcels of tax title property, located in council districts 3
and 12, respectively.
 
On 7/8/2002, the Metropolitan King County Council Introduced and Referred to Labor, Operations
and Technology .
 
5. Proposed Ordinance No. 2002-0323 Mr. Irons
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the sale of a parcel of tax title property to the city of Covington,
and a parcel of tax title property to the city of Newcastle, located in council districts 12 and 6,
respectively.
 
On 7/22/2002, the Metropolitan King County Council Introduced and Referred to Labor, Operations
and Technology .
 
6. Proposed Ordinance No. 2002-0328 Mr. Constantine and Mr. Pullen
AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the collective bargaining agreement negotiated by
and between King County and International Federation of Professional and Technical
Engineers, Local 17 (graphic design) representing employees in the department of executive
services, division of information and telecommunication services, printing and graphics
section; and establishing the effective date of said agreement.
 
On 7/29/2002, the Metropolitan King County Council Introduced and Referred to Labor, Operations
and Technology .

 
7. Proposed Ordinance No. 2002-0356 Mr. Constantine and Mr. Pullen
AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the collective bargaining agreement negotiated by
and between King County and Washington State Council of County and City Employees,
Council 2, Local 21DC (district court - wages) representing employees in the King County
district court; and establishing the effective date of said agreement.

8. Proposed Ordinance No. 2002-0359 Mr. Constantine and Mr. Pullen
AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the collective bargaining agreement negotiated by
and between King County and the Animal Control Officers Guild representing employees in
the animal control section of the records, elections and licensing services division of the
department of executive services; and establishing the effective date of said agreement.

9. Proposed Ordinance No. 2002-0366 Mr. Constantine
AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the memorandum of agreement negotiated by and
between King County and King County Prosecuting Attorneys Association representing
employees in the prosecuting attorney's office; and establishing the effective date of said
agreement.
