The hearing was conducted and closed on the following items by the Hearing Examiner as
required by K.C.C. 20.24.130. No new material that was not part of the record before the
Hearing Examiner may be submitted in accordance with K.C.C. 20.24.220.

Land Development Association/Centurion, as particularly described in DDES file no.
