Ordinance 19821 with the Washington state Department of Ecology for loan financing for a wastewater  
capital project.  
A motion was made by Councilmember Barón that this Ordinance be

account program in King County.

amending Ordinance 17588, Section 4, as amended, and K.C.C. 2.60.026.

Restriction E3.

agencies, a net supplemental appropriation of $22,895,000 to various non-general fund agencies and a  
net supplemental appropriation of $1,670,000 from various capital fund budgets; and amending the 2025  
Annual Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19861, Sections 34, 54, 55, 86, 117, 120, and 130, as amended,  
and Attachment A, as amended.
